These Terms of Service govern the terms of service of your Mashe+ subscription, which may include certain benefits as may be presented from time to time in Mashe’s service (hereinafter the “Subscription” or “Mashe+”). The Subscription is subject to these Terms of Service, the User Terms of Service and the Mashe Privacy Statement. By purchasing or using the Subscription, you agree to the provisions thereof.
The terms used in these Terms of Service, such as “Partner”, “Order”, “User”, “Customer Organization”, “Mashe” and “Mashe Service” shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the User Terms of Service, unless expressly stated otherwise.
If you have a Mashe+ Subscription, that is granted to you by the Customer Organization (“Organizational Subscription”), these terms and conditions also apply to the Customer Organization with respect to an Organizational Subscription.
Mashe+ is an ongoing subscription for an indefinite period for a monthly payment.
As part of the Subscription, no delivery fee will be charged for an Eligible Order, as defined below. “Eligible Order” – an order for which all of the following conditions apply: (1) The order is from a merchant which is marked, for a specific order, with the M+ logo in the Mashe Service. Please note that merchants marked with this logo with respect to a particular order may vary depending on the delivery address. This is because Eligible Orders can only be placed within a maximum delivery range, as defined from time to time by Mashe at its sole discretion. The maximum delivery range may differ in different geographic regions and/or for different types of merchants; and (2) The total cost of the products in the order from the merchant exceeds the minimum purchase amount required under the program, as defined and displayed on the Mashe Service from time to time.
Merchants participating in the Mashe+ program may change from time to time, and Mashe is not obligated to any minimum number of merchants under the program, and the User shall have no claim against Mashe in this regard. Merchants marked with the M+ logo can be viewed at any time in Mashe Service, from which Eligible Orders can be placed to the delivery address entered in the service at such time. If you did not enable location tracking, or did not enter a delivery address, merchants shall be displayed according to the delivery ranges in your selected city center.
Minimum order amounts may vary from time to time and may differ with respect to different types of merchants under the program. Mashe reserves the right to change the minimum order amount for any merchant at any time.
Mashe does not guarantee that it shall be possible to place Eligible Orders in all areas of operation of the Mashe Service, and the Subscription is subject to geographic availability.
Service fees shall apply to Eligible Orders.
As part of the program, Mashe may offer different and/or varying services, offers, and/or content, as shall be presented from time to time in Mashe Service.
Your Subscription is meant for the personal use of a single natural person, and not for commercial use, and it is non-transferable.
You can purchase a Mashe+ Subscription in your user profile on the Mashe Service. You can see the details and terms of the Subscription, and select the primary payment method before confirming the Subscription purchase. By purchasing a Subscription, you confirm that you agree to recurring monthly billing of your payment method throughout the Subscription period. To cancel the Subscription, see Section 3 below.
When you purchase a Subscription, you will be shown the cost of the Subscription and other details, such as terms of payment, limitations and terms of use. By purchasing or using the Subscription, you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Service and the specific terms of the Subscription, as these appear in the Mashe Service.
Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each monthly billing period for the Subscription fee, with the billing cycle based on the Subscription purchase date. You may cancel your Subscription, at any time, in accordance with Section 3 below. If you have an Organizational Subscription, your billing cycle will be in accordance with the terms set with the Customer Organization, and your Organizational Subscription may also be cancelled by the Customer Organization.
You may cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason. You may cancel your subscription, in a simple and convenient way, in the Mashe+ tab of your user profile on the Mashe Service. It is also possible to cancel the Subscription by writing the customer service chat on the Mashe Service or by email.
If you cancel your subscription during the monthly billing cycle, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will be able to continue enjoying Mashe+ benefits until the end of your current cycle, and the subscription will not renew for the following month. There are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
Mashe may change the terms of the Mashe+ Subscription service and/or cancel the Subscription and/or stop offering the Subscription at any time, at its sole discretion. Mashe shall notify the Subscription holder of any material change to these Terms of Service with 14 days' prior notice, on the Mashe Service or by email to the email address provided by the Subscription holder.
The Subscription and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons, and Mashe is not responsible for any such unavailability. For the avoidance of doubt certain features or Mashe+ offers available to any User at a specific time, may not be available to all Users at the same time or at all times, and certain features or Mashe+ offers may only be available in the latest version of the Mashe App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mashe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of the Subscription.
